Sales Professional
Bayird Dodge Chrysler Jeep & Ram of Blytheville, Arkansas is part of a well-known, multi-location dealer group. We are currently seeking self-motivated and driven individuals to fill sales professional openings immediately!
As a sales professional, you will be working in a friendly, team-based environment with competitive earning potential that includes monthly bonuses based on performance.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Some of our most successful candidates throughout the Bayird Auto Group did not have any prior sales experience.
Estimated Pay $45,000 – $90,000 per year + Commission
Job Type Full-Time 10-hour shift schedule
Location Blytheville, AR On-site (No remote work)
Experience 1 Year Preferred Customer service background
Basic Job Requirements
- Working hours: 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM (4 days/week), plus 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on 3 Saturdays per month.
- Greeting customers daily and delivering an exceptional dealership experience.
- Proactive cold calling and customer follow-up communication.
- Basic computer and smartphone operation for lead tracking and inventory lookups.
- Safe operation and movement of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- General showroom floor upkeep and personal office cleanliness.
- Business casual attire.
